Can our Community Links Practitioner help you
We are delighted to be taking part in a Scottish Government Programme to provide more support for people whose health is being affected by personal problems. For example housing, debt, loneliness, benefits, or even just to find out about activities on in your area. Please ask at reception to make an appointment with Gerry Mitchell. Gerry is our new Community Links Practitioner. Gerry can help you with any non-clinical issues you may be experiencing and signpost patients to services in our area that they may benefit from. For more information see Our Services - Community Links on the website or ask at reception.
